How to Send Your Picture for Your Custom Puzzle

 

Thank you for your purchase! Follow these simple steps to send us your pictures:

    1.    Complete Your Order

    •    Once you’ve placed your order, make sure to have your order confirmation number ready. You will include your order conformation number in the prefered sending method. 

    2.    Choose Your Sending Method

    •    By Email: Send your picture to armanilucoll@gmail.com with the subject line: “Puzzle Order – [Your Order Number].”

    •    By Text: Send your picture to 404-721-0587, and include your name and order number in the message.

    3.    Picture Requirements 

    •    Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF. ( only applies to you if you are saving the picture from your computer ) 

    •    Ensure your image is clear to achieve the best puzzle design.

    4.    Confirmation

    •    You will receive a confirmation email or text once we receive your image. If there are any issues, we’ll reach out to you.
